“Ensemble of Gostiny Dvor, 1784.” is a cultural heritage site of federal significance and one of the main symbols of our city. Its construction began in 1784. Famous trading houses were concentrated in the ensemble; it was the center of city and provincial business. All work at this facility was carried out in accordance with design documentation under the guidance of designer and technical supervision, using modern materials and technologies that are optimally suited for this facility.

The work was carried out in 2014.

Completed work:

  • Partial restoration of masonry walls;
  • Recreation of plaster and paint layers;
  • Installation of window and door fillings;
  • Gallery paving;
  • Installation of forged gates between buildings on the side of the lane. Karpova;
  • A set of repair and restoration work on the roof, including a complete replacement of the roof covering and restoration of the drainage system.
