Major repairs are much more responsible and complicated than new construction, since in most cases the work is carried out without decommissioning the building. 

The work was carried out in the summer of 2017 in strict accordance with the design and estimate documentation, under construction supervision by the Customer.

In multi-apartment residential buildings, such as this one, we have to work closely with the population, taking into account not only the design solutions, but also the requests of the people living in the building, as well as the owners of non-residential, commercial premises. We tried to take into account everyone’s wishes as much as possible, while doing everything in accordance with the design and building codes.

At the start of the work, the façade was in an unsatisfactory condition; before the start of the work, the façade was cleaned of peeling plaster and paint layers. We carried out work on insulating the walls with subsequent plastering and painting. The insulation was carried out using mineral wool and liquid thermal insulation.  Liquid thermal insulation is a new insulation material for us, so before starting work, our specialists were trained to apply this type of material at a plant in Yekaterinburg (for which they received certificates).

 The main thing is that the residents and users of the premises of our facility now live in a warm and aesthetically pleasing house, which, in its new color, fits perfectly into the surrounding buildings, while preserving its historical decor.
