“The most beautiful and grandiose monument of Russian classicism is the Zolotarevs’ House-Estate in Zavershye (now the Kaluga Museum of Local History). The Zolotarevs’ House cannot be called an ordinary city mansion. It is significantly richer than not only the average merchant’s house, but also most noble houses. This building was considered the richest in Kaluga and was called a palace for a long time.
The beauty and architectural integrity of the magnificent city estate places it in the first row of works of civil architecture of the turn of the 18th-19th centuries. The main house of the estate was built by an unknown architect presumably in 1805-1808. However, Dmitry Malinin attributed the construction of the house to at least the 80s of the 18th century, claiming that “the project of the house-palace was drawn up by the famous architect Mikhail Kazakov.” The Kaluga Regional Museum of Local History is one of the oldest in Russia.

• execution of works on installation of electrical supply in the courtyard area of the cultural heritage site of federal significance “House of the Kologrivovs, 1807”;
• execution of works on installation of the outdoor lighting system of the cultural heritage site of federal significance “Kologrivov House, 1807”;
• repair and restoration work of the offices on the 3rd floor of the cultural heritage site of federal significance “Kologrivov House, 1807”;
• repair and restoration work on the corridor of the 3rd floor of the cultural heritage site of federal significance “Kologrivov House, 1807”;
• repair and restoration work on the staircase of the cultural heritage site of federal significance “Kologrivov House, 1807”;
• finishing and electrical installation works, installation of plumbing equipment for utility rooms on the 2nd and 3rd floors of the cultural heritage site of federal significance “Kologrivov House, 1807”;
• repair and restoration work on the entrance door of the main building of the federal cultural heritage site “Kologrivov House, 1807”;
• execution of works on installation of the outdoor lighting system of the identified cultural heritage site “Zolotarev-Kologrivov Estate: western gate; eastern gate; residential outbuilding; carriage house; colonnade”.
