Description:
The five-story brick apartment building with a basement, attic and passage arch (laid down in Soviet times) along the red line of Arbat was built in 1904 according to the design of civil engineer Nikita Gerasimovich Lazarev by order of the owner of the site, nobleman Yakov Mikhailovich Tolstoy.
Completed works:
– restoration work of rafter legs and wall plates of wooden roof structures that are in unsatisfactory technical condition in accordance with the project;
– re-execution of wooden roof lathing;
– execution of carpentry filling of dormer windows on the roof with the installation of louvered grilles according to the restoration project;
– replacement of roof covering and roof slopes with the installation of a galvanized steel covering;
– installation of a fastening for a safety rope on the roof;
– sealing of TV and radio tower supports, installation of an antenna on the roof with guy wires on hooks;
– replacement of elements of the water intake system (drainage funnels, gutters, drainpipes and grips for them);
– installation of a stepladder for a dormer window;
– restoration of waterproofing and balcony floor structures.
