Major repairs of the roof and facade of an apartment building.

Description:

The work was carried out in 2018.

At the start of the work, the façade was in an unsatisfactory condition; before the start of the work, the façade was cleaned of peeling plaster and paint layers. We carried out work on insulating the walls with subsequent plastering and painting. The insulation was carried out using mineral wool and liquid thermal insulation.  Liquid thermal insulation is a new insulation material for us, so before starting work our specialists were trained to apply this type of material at the plant in Yekaterinburg (for which they received certificates). Also, major repairs of the roof were carried out, the coating was changed, the drainage system was installed and ventilation shafts were repaired with caps, and lightning protection was installed.
