 Description:

“Gostiny Dvor Ensemble, 1784” is a cultural heritage site of federal significance and one of the main symbols of our city. Its construction began in 1784. The ensemble housed famous trading houses and was the center of city and provincial business. All work on this site was carried out in accordance with project documentation under the guidance of authorial and technical supervision, using modern materials and technologies that are optimally suited for this object

The work was carried out in 2015.

Completed works:

Recreation of plaster and paint layers;

Basement entrance device;

A range of repair and restoration works on the roof, including complete replacement of the roof covering and restoration of the drainage system.
